This beautiful American Eagle Silver Dollar is made from one ounce of fine silver bullion. The obverse of the coin has Adolph A. Weinmans Walking Liberty design that was first used in 1916. On the hem of Libertys gown are his initials. This coin was first minted in 1986 and continues to be minted today. It is one of Americas favorite and heaviest coins the U.S. Mint produces. The reverse of the coin was designed by John Mercanti and is a heraldic eagle.
