The Bicentennial Reproduction Collection
The United States Bicentennial is celebrated in this collection of replica coins from the Revolutionary War era. Enhancing the collection is a reproduction of the first United States large scale map of the Thirteen Colonies. The original map, drawn by Abel Buell, is on file in the National Archives, Washington D.C. (#76 Series 8).
This collection includes a reproduction of the 1776 Continental Dollar surrounded by eight reproduction cents and half cents: the 1776 New Hampshire Half Cent, 1792 Kentucky Cent, 1785 Vermont Cent, 1783 Washington Penny, 1785 Bar Cent, 1776 Massachusetts Pine Tree Penny, 1787 Connecticut Cent, and a Virginia Half Cent.
Display is presented in a 13 x 16" solid wood frame.
